- Qualifications: B. Pharmacy or Pharm-D.
- Experience Required: 12 to 15 years of rich experience in pharmaceutical production management.

- Qualifications: B. Pharmacy, Pharm-D, or an MSc in Chemistry.
- Experience Required: 10 to 15 years of professional experience specifically in pharmaceutical Quality Control.
- Specialization: Proven expertise specialized in ophthalmology products within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3. Manager Finance – Pharma
- Qualifications: Master’s degree or an MBA, coupled with a prestigious professional accounting certification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA.
- Experience Required: 8 to 10 years of overall financial experience, which must include at least 4+ years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors.
