1. Available Positions and Qualifications

The recruitment drive is divided into two primary categories: Main Stream positions and the LA&R Section. For almost all positions, the required age limit is 18 to 33 years, with local residency preferences specified for District Diamer.

Main Stream Positions

• Junior Technician (Mechanical): Requires a DAE (Mechanical) from a recognized institute or a Matric qualification with a 2-year vocational certificate and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Attendant: Matriculation qualification required.
• Senior Clerk / Grade-II: Requires an Intermediate/Higher Secondary school certificate with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Sub-Engineer (Civil): Requires a Matric qualification followed by a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology.
• Junior Store Keeper / Junior Clerk: Requires Matric or Intermediate with appropriate typing skills and basic computer application knowledge.
• Assistant Accountant (ALS): Requires a Matric (Science) degree with at least 60% marks.
• Tracer: Matriculation with a drawing course certificate from a recognized board.
• Technical Trades (Welder Grade-II, Fitter Grade-II): Requires Matric alongside a relevant technical trade certificate and practical experience.
• Support & General Staff: Multiple vacancies exist for positions requiring Middle school education or literacy, including Helper, Cook, Trolley Man, Valve Man, Beldar, Naib Qasid, Daak Runner, Mali, Sweeper, and Sanitary Worker.

LA&R Section Positions

• IT Assistant: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, or a 3-year DAE in Computer Studies with a minimum of 70% marks and relevant experience.
• Senior Clerk / Grade-II (LA&R): Intermediate qualification with a typing speed of 40 WPM and MS Office skills.
• Sub-Engineer (Civil – LA&R): 3-year DAE in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Clerk / Computer Typist: Intermediate or Matriculation with basic IT skills and standard typing proficiency.
• Field Staff & Support: Vacancies include Surveyor, Waiter, Daak Runner, Mali, Naib Qasid, and Sanitary Worker.

2. General Terms and Conditions

Candidates must adhere to the following rules:

• Contractual Nature: The appointments will initially be on a temporary/contract basis for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation rules apply as per the prevailing government policies, including specific relaxations for candidates who have served in DBDP or belong to scheduled castes/vulnerable categories.
• No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
• Disqualification: Providing false information or forged documents at any stage will result in the immediate cancellation of the candidature.

The testing and screening process is being managed by Central Testing Services (CTS).

2. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 170 must be deposited in any online branch of designated banks (such as MCB, UBL, Bank Alfalah, or Bank Islami) using the prescribed deposit slip.
3. Submission: The completed application form, along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, recent photographs, and the original paid bank deposit slip, must be sent via post/courier to the CTS Central Marking Office within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
