Government of Balochistan Announces New Contract Job Opportunities
The Social Welfare, Special Education & Literacy Department, Government of Balochistan, has officially announced multiple contract-based vacancies for various districts across the province. Local and domiciled residents of Balochistan are invited to apply for these district-level positions.

Vacancy Breakdown & Eligibility Criteria

1. Special Education Positions (Contractual)
These specialized teaching positions require specific qualifications, with preference given to candidates possessing an M.Ed / B.Ed (Second Division) with relevant field experience.
- Senior Special Education Teacher (Visually Impaired): 9 Posts (Distributed across Quetta, Khuzdar, Mastung, Zhob, Chaman, Loralai, Pishin, Nushki, and Washuk).
- Senior Special Education Teacher (Hearing Impaired): 9 Posts (Same regional distribution).
- Senior Special Education Teacher (Mentally Retarded): 9 Posts (Same regional distribution).
- Senior Special Education Teacher (Physically Handicapped): 9 Posts (Same regional distribution).
2. Technical & Administrative Posts
- Physical Training Instructor: 4 Posts | Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) with a Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized institution.
- Data Entry Operator: 1 Post | Requirement: Intermediate or Computer Science/IT 1-year diploma from a recognized university, with a typing speed of 60 wpm in English and 35 wpm in Urdu.
- Accounts Assistant: 1 Post | Requirement: B.Com or BBA (Second Division).
- Assistant Social Welfare Officer (Female): 1 Post | Requirement: BS or Master’s degree in Social Work or Sociology.
- Social Worker (Male & Female): 2 Posts each | Requirement: Intermediate.
- Case Worker (Male/Female): 5 Posts | Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) in a relevant field with 2 years of experience.
- Store Keeper: 2 Posts | Requirement: Intermediate (Second Division).
3. Support & Auxiliary Staff
Numerous positions are open for candidates with minimum educational requirements such as Matric, Middle school, or basic literacy, alongside relevant experience:
- Sweeper: 3 Posts (Literate)
- Naib Qasid: 7 Posts (Literate)
- Cook: 3 Posts (2 years of experience)

- Warden / Helper / Aya / Attendant: Multiple positions for literate/middle-pass candidates.

Terms & Conditions for Application
Interested candidates must adhere to the following rules specified by the Directorate General of Social Welfare:
- How to Apply: Applications must be addressed to the Director General, Social Welfare Department, Balochistan. Applications must include certified copies of educational degrees/diplomas, experience certificates, computerized CNIC, domicile/local certificate, and 2 recent passport-sized photographs.
- Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement. Late submissions will not be entertained.
- Government Servants: Current government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with prevailing government policies.
- Quota Reservations: Dedicated quotas for women, disabled individuals, and minorities will be observed as per provincial laws.
