The District Education Officer (Special Education), Lahore Division, has officially released an advertisement for the recruitment of School Teaching Interns (STIs) for special education institutions within District Kasur. Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates must hold a relevant degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Experience: While fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior teaching experience.
- Age: The age limit is strictly 21 to 28 years. No age relaxation will be granted under the STI policy.
Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Job: The engagement is purely temporary, school-specific, and non-transferable.
- Duration: 09 months (excluding summer vacations) during the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27, or until a regular incumbent arrives.
- Monthly Honorarium:
- BS-16: Rs. 40,000/-
- BS-17: Rs. 45,000/- (Note: While currently listed vacancies are BS-16, the policy accounts for BS-17 roles).
- Termination: The engagement may be terminated with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof.
