Government of Sindh Announces Job Vacancies in EPI Under World Bank-Funded Project
The Directorate of the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), under the Health Department of the Government of Sindh, has announced two new contract-based job opportunities under the Sindh Health Support Program (SHSP).
According to an official advertisement, the positions are project-based, funded/assisted by the World Bank, and are purely on a contractual basis (extendable upon satisfactory performance). Interested candidates must apply through the Sindh Testing Service (STS).
Available Positions
- Financial Management Officer (01 Post)
· Location: EPI PHQ, Directorate
· Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized institute, or CA/ACCA. Candidates with a BBA/B.Com degree plus 05 years of experience in the same field may also apply.
· Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in the public/private sector, preferably in the financial sector.
· Preferred Skills: Experience in community-driven development, familiarity with IPSAS (cash basis IFRS), and excellent command of MS Office and relevant accounting software.
· Age Limit: Up to 30 years (with relaxation as per Sindh government rules).
- Training Officer (01 Post)
· Location: EPI PHQ, Directorate
· Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Science, Public Health, Project Management, or a related technical field from an HEC-recognized institution.
· Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification professional experience at the national or provincial level in program planning and trainings.
· Preferred Skills: Experience in community-based research (especially in the social development sector) and working in World Bank-funded projects.
· Age Limit: Up to 30 years (with relaxation as per Sindh government rules).
· Domicile: Sindh Province (mandatory for both posts).
Important Conditions for Candidates
· Only eligible candidates fulfilling the above criteria will be called for a written test.
· The minimum passing marks for the STS screening/written test are 50%.
· No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
· The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
· Recruitment will follow the existing quota policy: 15% for females, 5% for disabled persons, and 5% for minorities.
· The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement without any reason.
· Any bogus documents submitted during the recruitment process will result in cancellation of the candidature or contract appointment.

- Visit the official STS website: www.sts.org.pk.
- Fill out the online application form and download the prescribed Test Fee Deposit Slip.
- Pay the screening test fee at any online branch of the designated bank using the deposit slip.
- Attach the paid original deposit slip with the filled-up application form.
- Send the completed application form along with the original paid bank deposit slip by post or courier service to the address mentioned on the form.
- Hand-delivered applications will not be entertained.

The last date for submission of the application form is May 10, 2026.
