- HEC Recognition: Candidates must possess degrees from HEC-recognized national or international universities. All degrees must be duly attested by the Higher Education Commission.
- PEC Registration: For engineering roles (Software and Computer Engineering), a valid COMP PEC registration number is mandatory.
