Career Opportunity: Head of Enterprise Risk Management at The Bank of Punjab

In line with its progression strategy, BOP invites applications for the position of Head of Enterprise Risk Management (Risk Management Group). The role is based in Lahore or Karachi and falls under Grade Band-4 to Band-2.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will lead the development and automation of risk models related to IFRS 9, credit and market risk, ICAAP, and capital/recovery plans. They will ensure timely and accurate calculation of ECL and BASEL returns based on BMA asset classification and balance sheet composition. The role also involves performing Treasury Middle Office tasks, including collecting market, liquidity, country, and FX risk data, developing risk appetite limits, and monitoring treasury affairs. Additionally, the role oversees operational risk management activities, including reviewing ORAPs, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), RCSA, KRLS, ML/TF/PF risks, and developing operational risk heatmaps and dashboards.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
· Age: Not more than 55 years as of the application date.
· Experience: Minimum 12 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
