Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Young Leadership Program, candidates must fulfill the following benchmarks:
- Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in the relevant discipline. Candidates must hold a completed degree at the time of application submission.
- Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or 70% marks.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 25 years (calculated as of the last date of application submission).
Step-by-Step Application Procedure
RUDA has partnered with the National Testing Service (NTS) to manage the recruitment and screening process transparently. Interested candidates must follow these steps:
- Online Registration: Visit the official NTS website at www.nts.org.pk to fill out the application form online.
- Fee Payment: Deposit the prescribed test fee of Rs. 650/- via 1Link participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS express counters using the 20-digit invoice number generated on the deposit slip.
- Important Deadline: The last date for the submission of online applications is 26th June 2026. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Testing Process: Roll number slips and test schedules will be uploaded on the NTS website at least one week prior to the test. Shortlisted candidates will receive communication regarding the written test date via SMS and email.
Note on Verification: Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will lead to immediate disqualification. Candidates must produce original academic and professional documents alongside attested copies at the time of the interview.
