Pakistan Airports Authority Announces Multiple Regular Positions for 2026
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has officially released Situation Vacant Notice No. 03/2026, inviting applications from qualified and competent candidates across the country. This recruitment drive aims to fill several regular positions under the Defined Contribution Scheme, with appointments to be made strictly on the basis of merit and suitability.
The opportunity is open to candidates holding domiciles of the relevant provinces or regions, including Punjab, Sindh (both Rural and Urban), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Ex-FATA.
Positions Available
The Authority is seeking candidates for three distinct Assistant Director-level posts (EG-01 scale):
- Assistant Director (Air Traffic Control – ATC)
· Number of Vacancies: 32
· Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Physics/Mathematics, BS Computer Science/Aviation, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering (with Pre-Engineering background). A minimum 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA is required.
· Quota Breakdown: Punjab (16), Sindh (Rural-4), Sindh (Urban-2), Balochistan (2), KPK (4), Ex-FATA (1).
· Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880
- Assistant Director (Finance)
· Number of Vacancies: 09
· Qualification: ACMA member or MBA (Finance) with minimum 16 years of education and at least 70% aggregate. Candidates must also have 60% marks in Intermediate and sufficient knowledge of computer operations, especially MS Excel.
· Quota Breakdown: Punjab (5), Sindh (Urban-1), Sindh (Rural-1), KPK (1), Balochistan (1).
· Pay Scale: Rs. 58,280 – 5,630 – 168,880
- Assistant Director (Airport Services – APS)
· Number of Vacancies: 35
· Qualification: Master’s or Graduation (16 years) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospitality/Hotel Management, or Aviation Management (minimum 60% marks or 2.64 CGPA).
· Quota Breakdown: Punjab (17), Sindh (Urban-3), Sindh (Rural-4), KPK (4), Balochistan (2), Ex-FATA (1).
· Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880
Key Conditions and Requirements
· Age Limit: Maximum 28 years, with age relaxation as per Government rules.
· Application Deadline: Interested candidates must submit their online applications within twenty (20) days from the date of the advertisement.
· Application Process: Applicants must fill out the online form available at www.paa.gov.pk. A CV with a photograph, PDF copies of certificates/degrees, and CNIC must be uploaded. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
· Test Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 per post must be deposited in the Allied Bank of Pakistan account (Title: “Pakistan Airports Authority”, IBAN: PK03ABPA0010011740150017).
· Service Bond (ATC only): Selected candidates for Assistant Director ATC must execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000 (Two and a Half Million Rupees) to serve the PAA for a minimum of ten (10) years.
· Place of Posting: Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per the Authority’s needs.
