The hiring initiative places a strong emphasis on utilizing the experience of retired military personnel for male positions, alongside dedicated vacancies for female security staff to ensure a comprehensive and secure academic environment.

1. Job Profiles and Strict Eligibility Criteria

The institution is seeking to fill a total of 20 positions across four distinct categories. The explicit requirements listed for each post reflect the university’s commitment to maintaining a highly disciplined security team:

  • Havildar (Retired) — 03 Vacancies
    • Requirements: Open strictly to retired armed forces personnel. Candidates must possess an exemplary, clean military service record with absolutely no negative entries or “Red Ink” marks (Red Syahi). They must be in perfect physical condition, with a maximum age limit of 45 years.
  • Lance Havildar / Naik (Retired) — 05 Vacancies
    • Requirements: Applicants must be retired from the military with an untarnished record of conduct. Complete physical fitness is mandatory, and the maximum age allowed is 45 years.
  • Lance Naik / Sepoy (Retired) — 10 Vacancies
    • Requirements: This category offers the highest number of openings. Candidates must be retired army personnel with a clean disciplinary record, perfect health, and fall under the maximum age bracket of 45 years.
  • Lady Security Guard — 02 Vacancies
    • Requirements: Open to female security professionals. Candidates must possess excellent physical health standards. The maximum age limit for this position is 35 years.

2. Mandatory Evaluation Process and Service Terms
