University of Sargodha Announces Trainer Vacancies at E-Rozgaar Training Center
The University of Sargodha (UOS) has officially announced openings for various trainer positions at its E-Rozgaar Training Center. Applications are invited from qualified Pakistani Nationals for these positions, which are being offered on a per lecture/hour basis for a period of one year (extendable for another year based on performance and need).

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following mandatory benchmarks:
- Qualification: Minimum of 16 years of education (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university or a well-reputed foreign/local institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional freelancing work experience. Applicants must showcase a well-reputed profile on major freelancing portals or provide proof of experience working with direct clients. Prior teaching or training experience will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum of 45 years.
Key Responsibilities
Selected trainers will be expected to deliver high-quality instruction, which includes taking scheduled classes, teaching freelancing/proposal writing skills, helping students set up freelancing profiles, conducting quizzes, and preparing course outlines. Performance will be heavily measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as student retention, the successful uploading of student profiles, and the overall earning success of the batch.
Important General Information
- Nature of Job: Purely on a per lecture/hour basis. Payments will be made according to the rates approved by the University rules.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and interview.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500/- must be deposited under the Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha.
