• Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) lump sum per month

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply must meet specific educational, experiential, and skill-based benchmarks:

1. Qualification

• Must possess a minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Experience

• Mandatory: 2–3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
• Preferred: Additional relevant experience will be given preference.

3. Skills & Competencies

• A strong understanding of child development and Montessori methodology.
• The ability to design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
