- Qualification: Graduate with Shorthand Speed of 120 wpm & Typing Speed of 50 wpm.
- Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years
2. Assistant (BPS-15)
- No. of Posts: 03
- Qualification:
- Graduate.
- 6 weeks basic IT course including MS Office conducted by NITB.
- Age Limit: 18 – 33 Years
3. Lower Division Clerk – LDC (BPS-11)

- Qualification:
- Matric.
- Minimum Typing Speed of 30 wpm.
- 3 weeks basic IT course including MS Office conducted by NITB.

General Instructions for Applicants
- Age Relaxation: Further age relaxation shall be admissible in accordance with the “Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993”. Any specific claim for relaxation (based on region, caste, service, etc.) must be clearly mentioned with relevant proof.
- Academic Preference: Academically higher-qualified individuals will be given preference during selection.
- Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government Sector Organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department along with their application.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted applicants will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for this purpose.
