Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority Announces New Teaching Vacancies for 2026

The Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority, Government of the Punjab, has officially announced new job opportunities for dynamic, committed, and highly professional educators. The authority is seeking qualified academic staff to serve at Daanish Schools D.G. Khan (Boys & Girls) and Rajanpur (Boys).

All announced positions are available strictly on a contract basis, and compensation will be offered according to the approved DS Scale.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

The authority is hiring for the position of Teacher (Pay Scale: OG-I) across multiple subjects. The general pre-requisites for all applicants include a Master’s Degree or equivalent and an upper age limit of up to 45 years.

Preferred credentials include prior teaching experience in registered educational institutions, a well-groomed personality, good English communication skills, and strong socio-affective skills.

1. Physics (OG-I)

• Vacancies: 02 posts at D.G. Khan (1 Male, 1 Female).
• Requirements: 16 years of education [Master’s degree / BS / BSc (Hons) / BA (Hons)] in Physics with a minimum 2nd division or a minimum CGPA of 2.50 (out of 4) / 3.50 (out of 5) from an HEC recognized institution.
• Note: Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.Ed./B.Ed. qualifications will be given additional marks.

2. Urdu (OG-I)

• Vacancies: 01 post at Rajanpur (Male).
• Requirements: 16 years of education in Urdu with a minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.
• Note: M.Ed./B.Ed. qualification is an advantage. Candidates must have sound knowledge of Urdu grammar, excellent communication skills, flawless pronunciation, and creative writing skills.

3. Mathematics (OG-I)

• Vacancies: 02 posts (1 Female at D.G. Khan, 1 Male at Rajanpur).
• Requirements: 16 years of education in Mathematics with a minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA from an HEC recognized institution.
• Note: Higher degrees like Ph.D., M.Phil., and professional certifications like M.Ed./B.Ed. carry extra qualification marks.

4. English (OG-I)

• Vacancies: 01 post at D.G. Khan (Female).
• Requirements: 16 years of education in English Language / Literature / TEFL / TEIL / TESOL with a minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.
• Note: Candidates must have flawless pronunciation, excellent verbal and written communication, and creative mastery of literary genres. Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.Ed./B.Ed. degrees will yield additional merit points.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Application Process: Candidates must apply separately for each post. The name of the post must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
• Required Documents: Applications must include a detailed resume (CV), two recent photographs, and certified copies of educational/experience certificates and CNIC (duly attested).
• Selection Process: Initial shortlisting will be done based on academic and teaching experience marks. Top candidates will then be invited for a written test, followed by a teaching demonstration and a formal interview for final merit list formulation.
• Mobility: Selected candidates can be transferred or posted to any other Center of Excellence School within the Punjab province.
• Pre-employment verification: Selected individuals will be required to submit a medical fitness certificate and a police clearance certificate. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
