1. Assistant Manager (G-8)
- Departments: Administration (01 post) | Facilities (01 post)
- Required Qualification: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or an equivalent 16-year education from a recognized university.
- Required Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience specifically within a Tertiary Care Hospital.
- Additional Skills: Candidates must possess MS Office expertise and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
2. Assistant Manager – Electrical (G-8)
- Required Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Required Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization or institution.
- License: Candidates must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license.
3. Supervisor – Electrical (G-5)
- Required Qualification: A 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical from a recognized technical board.
- Required Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization or institution.
Key Terms & Conditions
- Regulations: Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and MTI Regulations.
- Exclusivity: Upon appointment, selected candidates will become full-time institutional employees and must resign from any current employment (including government civil service).
- Quota Allocations: Quotas for minority and disabled candidates will be strictly applied according to Government policy.
- Selection Process: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Any attempt to influence the selection process will result in immediate disqualification.
