The Karachi Institute of Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation (KIND-R), a prominent project of Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), has officially announced exciting career opportunities for highly qualified and passionate professionals. Located in Quetta Town Society, near Nasira School on the Superhighway in Karachi, the institute is seeking to fill two critical senior leadership positions on a contractual basis (one-year extendable).

Available Positions and Requirements
1. Director Administration (1 Position)
This role is designed for a seasoned administrative leader capable of managing diverse teams and complex healthcare facilities.
- Education: MBA, Master of Hospital Administration (MHA), Master of Public Administration (MPA), or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven relevant experience in a senior administrative role. This must include at least 5 years spent specifically managing a large hospital, healthcare facility, or multi-facility complex of a similar scale.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams (maintenance engineers, security, support staff, and fleet staff).
- Strong understanding of building systems, fire safety codes, biomedical waste management rules, and hospital infection control standards.
- Proven capability to manage time-sensitive construction or renovation projects without disrupting medical services.
- Expertise in budget forecasting, inventory control, and cost optimization.
2. Director Clinical Services (1 Position)
This position requires a clinical leader to oversee all clinical operations, drive medical excellence, and implement advanced clinical systems.
- Education: MBBS with a specialized qualification in Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation. Additional degrees in Public Health, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Public Administration will be highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven relevant experience in a similar leading role, with at least 7 years dedicated to directing a large hospital, healthcare institution, or multi-facility complex of a similar scale.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Capability to lead all operational functions (Clinical), including inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary clinical services.
- Proven ability to drive the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve clinical performance.
- Ability to implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and other core indicators.
- Expertise in maintaining accreditation and quality certifications through rigorous compliance and audit preparation.
- Ability to lead research-based inquiries into unique clinical cases and new treatment initiatives.
