The Regional Training Institute (RTI), under the Population Welfare Department, Government of Balochistan, Quetta, invites applications from eligible unmarried female candidates holding a local or domicile certificate of Balochistan for admission to the 24-Month Basic Training Course for Family Welfare Workers (FWW) for the 2026–2028 session.

Eligibility Criteria
- Gender & Marital Status: Unmarried female candidates with local/domicile status of Balochistan.
- Educational Qualification:
- Matric and F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with at least 45% marks (or Physics, Chemistry, Biology with 45%). Candidates with lower marks will not be considered.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
- Attendance Requirement: Candidates must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance in practical training and 85% in theory classes to qualify for examinations.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Stipend & Penalty: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of PKR 11,380/-. If a candidate leaves the course midway or breaches organizational rules, she will be required to refund the full stipend amount along with a fine.
- Hostel Facility: Hostel accommodation is available under the supervision of a female hostel warden. Compliance with hostel rules is mandatory.
- Judicial Bond: Selected candidates must submit a legally attested judicial bond confirming that they are neither employed nor enrolled in any government or private institute.
- In-Service Candidates: Departmental employees applying for the course must submit applications through proper channels. They will receive their regular departmental salary but will not be entitled to the monthly training stipend.
- No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for the test or interview.
