162 General Duty Pilot Course (GDP)
- Age Limit: 16 to 22 years on 15 April 2027

- Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches / 163 cm
- Vision: 6/6 each eye (without glasses)
- Qualification: Minimum 65% aggregate in:
- F.Sc (Pre-Engineering / Pre-Medical / Computer Science)
- ‘A’ Level with Physics, Maths, Computer Science / Biology / any subject
- DAE in Avionics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecom, Computer Information/Software
- Training Period: 4 Years (Award of BS Degree in Aviation Management / BE in Aerospace/Avionics from CAE)
108 Aeronautical Engineering Course
- Age Limit: 16 to 22 years on 15 April 2027
- Gender / Status: Male & Female citizens of Pakistan (Unmarried)

118 Air Defence Course

20 Logistics Course

2. Short Service Commission (SSC / SPSSC) Courses
All SSC/SPSSC candidate branches require qualification from a HEC-recognized Pakistani or foreign university with a minimum 65% marks or 2.74/4 CGPA (unless specified otherwise). Training Period: 24 Weeks.

Selection Procedure
- Online Registration: Register online at
www.joinpaf.gov.pk. - e-Testing: Intelligence Test followed by Academic Test in relevant subjects:
- GDP, AD, A&SD, Logistics: English & Physics
- CAE: English, Physics & Maths
- SSC Branches: Academic Test in relevant subject
- Initial Medical & Interview: Conducted at the respective PAF Information & Selection Center (I&SC).
- Physical Standard Test (PST):
- Male Running: 1.6 Km in 08 minutes
- Female Running: 1 Km in 12 minutes
- Push-ups / Sit-ups: 10 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Chin-ups (Male): 2 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Hanging (Female): 15 seconds
- ISSB Testing: Shortlisted candidates will be detailed for ISSB (Kohat / Gujranwala / Malir / Quetta).
- Flying Aptitude Test (FAT): For GDP candidates at I&SC Rawalpindi / Karachi.
- Final Medical Examination: Conducted at CMB Lahore.
- Final Selection: AHQ Selection Board strictly on merit.
