EXIM Bank of Pakistan Expands High-Performance Team with Multiple Leadership and Specialist Roles

ISLAMABAD / KARACHI – Pakistan’s official Export Credit Agency (ECA), EXIM Bank of Pakistan (Pak EXIM), has announced several key vacancies for its high-performance team as part of its mission to strengthen the country’s export competitiveness and contribute toward a positive trade balance.

Established to provide innovative trade finance, credit insurance, guarantees, and risk mitigation solutions, Pak EXIM supports exporters, financial institutions, and strategic industries. The latest recruitment drive seeks qualified professionals for positions in Islamabad (ISB) and Karachi (KHI).

Positions Open

  1. Team Lead – Credit Administration Department (ISB)

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in Credit Administration or Operations within a financial institution, overseeing activities related to Corporate, SME, and Trade Finance.

  1. Regional Business Manager (KHI)

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields. Professional qualifications like CFA or FRM are considered assets. The position demands at least 10 years of relevant banking experience across Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Financial Institutions (FI) segments, with strong backgrounds in business development, transaction management, credit analysis, structuring, and stakeholder engagement. Exposure to ECA-supported transactions and export credit insurance is preferred.

  1. Manager Claim & Recovery (ISB)

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an asset). Candidates must have at least five years of experience in claims and recovery management, including at least two years in a leadership or managerial role.

  1. Senior Officer – Finance & Accounts (ISB)

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance is required, with CA Inter or equivalent considered an asset. Candidates must have at least three years of professional experience, with preference given to those having relevant work experience after articleship.
