The Assistant Commissioner (Revenue) of the Makran Division, Turbat, has officially released a recruitment advertisement seeking qualified candidates to fill various vacant positions. These positions are specifically open for local/domiciled residents of the Makran Division, including Kech, Gwadar, and Panjgur districts.

The recruitment process will be conducted modernly using an AI-based online Computer Based Test (CBT), ensuring a transparent and merit-driven selection process.

1. Vacancy Breakdown and Eligibility Criteria

A total of 43 positions across multiple scales are available. Below are the specific details for each post:

Accountant (B-14)

  • Total Vacancies: 01
  • Placement: DC Office Kech (01)
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized university. Candidates must also have a 3-month computer certificate in Accounts Automation from a recognized institute.

Junior Clerk (B-11)

  • Total Vacancies: 39
  • Placement:
    • Commissioner Office Makran Division (03)

    • DC Office Gwadar (08)
    • DC Office Panjgur (05)
    • Directorate Records Office (02)
  • Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate) from a recognized board. Candidates must possess a typing speed of 30 words per minute in both English and Urdu. Preference will be given to those familiar with computer IT software.

Data Entry Operator (B-12)

  • Total Vacancies: 02
  • Placement: DC Office Kech (01), DC Office Panjgur (01)
  • Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board, along with a 1-year Diploma in Computer Science or IT. Candidates must have a typing speed of 80 words per minute in English and Urdu, with preference given to those proficient in IT software.

Assistant Computer Operator (B-12)

  • Total Vacancies: 01
  • Placement: Commissioner Office Makran Division (01)
  • Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board with a 1-year Diploma in Computer Science or IT. A typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and Urdu is required, and software proficiency will be preferred.

2. Testing and Selection Process

The department is utilizing an advanced selection mechanism to ensure efficiency:

  • AI-Powered CBT: All candidates must appear for an online Computer Based Test (CBT) powered by AI.
  • Location: The test will take place at the Turbat University Testing Merit Assessment Center (TMT). Dates and times will be announced separately.
  • Test Format: The paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and will be evaluated immediately.
  • Instant Results: Results of the CBT will be compiled and displayed instantly upon completion of the test.
  • Direct Appointment: Keeping the process entirely merit-based, no interviews will be conducted. Successful candidates will receive their direct Appointment Orders solely based on their CBT merit ranking.

3. Terms and Conditions

  • Domicile Restriction: Applicants must possess a valid domicile of the Makran Division (Kech, Gwadar, or Panjgur).
  • Quotas: Specific quotas for disabled individuals and women will be strictly followed according to government policy.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years old as of July 6, 2026. General age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government of Balochistan’s policy.
  • Government Employees: Existing government servants must apply through the Proper Channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) before the test.
  • Test Day: Candidates must bring their original educational and identity documents at the time of the test. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the exam.
