Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

1. Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator

• Total Vacancies: 02
• Pay Scale / Rate: As per Government Daily Wage Schedule 2026
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Intermediate qualification.
  • Minimum 3-month Computer Training Certificate (MS Office) from TEVTA or any other government-recognized institution.
  • Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM (English) and 25 WPM (Urdu).
  • Note: Candidates with prior experience working in Market Committees will be given preference.

2. Sweeper (Khakrob)

• Total Vacancies: 07
• Pay Scale / Rate: As per Government Daily Wage Schedule 2026
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Must be physically fit and knowledgeable in sanitation and cleaning work.
  • Note: Candidates with prior experience working in Market Committees will be given preference.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Basis: Recruitment will be conducted on an 89-day daily wage basis under the Punjab Market Committees Contingent Paid Staff Recruitment Regulations 2021 and the Schedule of Daily Wage Rates 2026 approved by the Finance Department, Punjab.
2. Nature of Job: These positions are purely temporary and merit-based for the financial year. Selected candidates will have no right to claim permanent regularization or fixed posting.
3. Posting Location: Appointed staff can be deployed at any site or sub-market under the administrative jurisdiction of the Market Committee Bahawalnagar.
4. Leave Policy: Absence without prior approval or formal notice is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination: The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the service of any daily wage employee at any time.
