PNCA Announces Consultant Positions in Arts, Marketing & IT


ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), operating under the National Heritage and Culture Division, has announced multiple consultant positions on an assignment basis for a period of six months.

The initiative aims to bring experienced professionals into the organization to support its cultural and administrative functions. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for roles spanning performing arts, visual arts, marketing, design, and information technology.

Position Details and Eligibility

The PNCA is seeking candidates with advanced degrees and significant professional experience:

· Consultant (Performing Arts): Requires a Master’s degree in performing arts, cultural management, or a related field, along with 10–15 years of experience in the performing arts sector.
· Consultant (Visual Arts): Two positions available. Candidates need a Master’s in fine arts and a minimum of 10–15 years of relevant experience.
· Consultant (Marketing): Requires a Master’s in marketing, media studies, or communications, plus 10–15 years of professional experience.
· Consultant (Design): A Master’s in graphic design with 5–8 years of experience.
· Consultant (IT): A Master’s degree in IT with 10–15 years of relevant experience.

The PNCA has outlined a clear process for interested applicants:

· Submission: Candidates must send their CV, attested degrees, portfolio, and all supporting documents in PDF format via email to pncoaisb@gmail.com.
· Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
· Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview.
· Travel: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
· Cancellation: The organization reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process without providing a reason.
