For Serial No. 1 (Consultant Analyst):

Candidates for this senior role must submit their applications and documents manually (by hand) to the Project Director, PIFTAC, Home & Tribal Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, before the closing date.

For Serial No. 2, 3, and 4:

  1. Online Registration: Candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk to create a profile and apply online.
  2. CNIC Verification: Applicants must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
  3. Fee Payment: A prescribed non-refundable test fee must be deposited via the generated deposit slip at any branch of UBL or through the EasyPaisa app/agent.
  4. No Document Submission: At the initial stage, do not send physical documents to ETEA. Hard copies will only be required from those who pass the screening test.

Selection Criteria and Terms

  • Screening Test: Candidates for BPS-17 roles must pass the ETEA screening test to move forward.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Successful candidates will undergo a psychological and analytical test before the final interview.
  • Communication: Roll number slips, test dates, and venues will be available on the ETEA website. Candidates will be notified via SMS (ensure your mobile number is not ported to another network).
  • Government Employees: Those currently in government or semi-government service must apply through the proper channel.
