SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD (Nawabshah) – The Benazir Institute of Urology & Transplantation (SIUT) has announced a major recruitment drive for its 300-bed tertiary care hospital in Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah). The institute, established with a mission to provide free-of-cost medical coverage to patients with renal and related diseases, is seeking energetic and enthusiastic professionals to join its purpose-driven team.

Key Positions and Requirements:
· Intensive Care Unit (ICU):
· Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor: Requires FCPS/MCPS in Intensive Care Unit or equivalent qualification, with faculty-level experience and publications as per PMDC requirements.
· ICU Technician: Intermediate (Science) with a diploma recognized from Sindh Medical Faculty or a BS in Medical Technology, plus 2-3 years of experience in a Critical Care Unit.
· Cardiology:
· Cardiologist: Requires FCPS (Cardiology)/Dip Card or equivalent qualification, along with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
· Internal Medicine:
· Endocrinologist & Diabetologist Consultant: Requires FCPS (Endocrinology) or equivalent, with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
· Nephrology:
· Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor: Requires FCPS Nephrology or equivalent, with faculty-level experience and publications as per PMDC requirements.
· Radiology:
· Consultant Specialist: Requires FCPS/MCPS/DMRD or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
· General Surgery:
· Senior Registrar: Requires FCPS or equivalent qualification in General Surgery (fresh candidates are eligible).
· Various Departments (Nephrology/Urology/Emergency/ICU/Anaesthesia):
· Resident Medical Officer: MBBS with one year of completed house job.
· Operation Theatre:
· Assistant Manager: BS in Medical/Surgical Technology from a recognized institute (MBA in healthcare management preferred), with a minimum of 5 years of theatre experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
· Pharmacy:
· Pharmacy Assistant: Intermediate (Science) from a recognized institute. Candidates with a Diploma of Dispenser will be preferred, along with 2-3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
· Library:
· Librarian: Graduate/Master’s in Library Information Sciences, preferably with 2-4 years of experience in a postgraduate medical institute.
· Anaesthesiology:
· Technician: Intermediate (Science) with a Diploma of Anaesthesia recognized from Sindh Medical Faculty or a BS in Medical Technology, plus 2-3 years of operation theatre experience.
· Engineering:
· AC Technician: Middle/Matric qualification with 5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
