Position Overview & Package
- Designation: Deputy Director (Multiple Specializations)
- Contract Duration: 3 Years (Initially, extendable as per rules/performance)
- Pay Scale / Salary: Lumpsum Rs. 350,000/- per month + 10% annual increment
- Age Limit: 26 to 45 Years (Age relaxation as per government policy is already included)

General Eligibility & Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master’s / BS (16 years of education – at least 2nd Division or equivalent) in relevant disciplines (e.g., HR, Public Administration, Law, Finance, Engineering, Education, Data Analytics, Media, etc.) from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the respective domain within a government, semi-government, autonomous body, or reputable private sector organization.

Important Terms & Conditions
- In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently employed in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
- Equivalence Certificate: Candidates holding foreign qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by the HEC, IBCC, or relevant regulatory body.
- Selection Process: The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening test/written exam to shortlist candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.
