Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet specific educational and professional benchmarks:

1. Educational Background

• A 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, or an equivalent relevant field.
• The degree must be completed at an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Mandatory: All degrees must be duly attested by the HEC.

2. Professional Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant networking roles.

Key Job Requirements & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be expected to handle sophisticated core network operations. Key responsibilities and technical skills include:

• Core Networking: Operating, managing, and troubleshooting Core Network Switching, with strong technical knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.
• Modern Architectures: A solid understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and advanced switching technologies. Practical exposure to H3C Data Center Switching, Huawei SDN, and Cisco ACI architectures is highly valued.
• Operations & Deployment: Hands-on experience with switching configuration, optimization, network monitoring, deployment, and fault resolution.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating technical manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and engineering drawings.
• Soft Skills & Flexibility: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills. Candidates must also be flexible enough to work in alternating morning and evening shifts.
