1. Principal (Female)

- Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum M.A / M.Sc / BS (Hons) with a B.Ed from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Higher degree holders will be given preference.
- Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience serving as a principal in leading educational institutions.
2. Junior Lecturer (Female)
- Number of Posts: 05
- Age Limit: 25 to 40 years
- Required Qualifications:
- M.A / M.Sc, alongside a B.Ed in Social Sciences.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Priority will be explicitly given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 03 years of experience in the relevant academic field.
Important Terms & Conditions
Candidates interested in applying must fulfill the following regulatory conditions set by the recruitment committee:
- Academic Record: Candidates with a 3rd Division anywhere in their entire educational career are not eligible to apply.
- Language Skills: Priority will be granted to candidates who possess fluent English-speaking skills.
- Contract & Probation: Selected candidates will initially be placed on a six-month probation period (extendable up to two years). The positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, subject to extension based on performance evaluation.
- Merit-Based Selection: Selection will be strictly conducted on a merit basis. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
