Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Interested candidates must meet the following stringent educational and professional benchmarks:
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Preferred: Candidates holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related discipline will be given preference.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification professional experience is required.
- Experience must encompass the planning, design, supervision, monitoring, quality control, estimation, and execution of civil works under PSDP or Public Sector Development Projects.
- Prior experience handling Government, Semi-Government, or Development Sector projects is highly preferred.
Technical Skills Desired
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Practical knowledge of project planning and the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Familiarity with the drafting of PC-I/PC-II documents and detailed progress reports.
Core Responsibilities & Work Scope
The selected consultant will be tasked with overseeing civil works in remote and various districts of Balochistan. The project scope prominently includes the development and construction of:
- Departmental Offices
- Residential units
- Eco-huts designed for wildlife and conservation project areas
