The university is seeking qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals to fill multiple administrative and technical vacancies at its Head Office and Islamabad E-8 Campus.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria
The current hiring cycle includes four distinct roles catering to professionals in software development, examination management, strategic planning, and IT infrastructure.
1. Developer
- Location: Bahria University Islamabad, E-8 Campus
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education, holding a BS in Computer Science (CS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or another relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
2. Assistant Controller of Exams (Health Sciences)
- Location: Bahria University Head Office
- Qualification: Candidates possessing 18 years of education or an MBA from an HEC-recognized institute are preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of job experience working in a recognized educational institute. Candidates must possess proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Manager – Strategic Management Plan (SMP)
- Location: Bahria University Islamabad, E-8 Campus
- Qualification: Candidates having a Master’s degree (preferably MS/MPhil) are eligible to apply.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting, or strategic planning. A strong, excellent understanding of strategic operations and procedures is required.
4. System & Network Engineer
- Location: Bahria University Islamabad, E-8 Campus
- Qualification & Experience:
- An MS (CS) / MS (IT) / MS (SE) or equivalent (18 years of education) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR a BS (CS) / BS (IT) / BSE / BCE / MCS or equivalent (16 years of education) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Certifications: Industry-standard certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) will be considered a strong advantage.
