Balochistan Livestock Department Releases Test & Interview Schedule Under Deceased Employee Quota

The Directorate General of Animal Health and Extension Services, Department of Livestock and Dairy Development, Government of Balochistan, has issued an important notification regarding recruitment under the deceased employee quota.

In accordance with the provincial government policy and the Supreme Court’s ruling, the department has finalized the written test and interview schedule for the legal heirs of employees who passed away during service prior to October 18, 2024. This recruitment process follows the official approval letter NO.SO (E-II)01-14/2021/389 dated June 16, 2026.

Examination & Interview Schedule

All tests and interviews will take place at the Provincial Level at the Office of the Director General Animal Health and Extension Services, Quetta.

Mandatory Requirements & Documents

Candidates appearing for the selection process must bring attested copies of the following documentation:

  • Identification: CNIC of the candidate, as well as the parents (Father/Mother).
  • Academic & Residence: Local/Domicile certificate and formal educational degrees/certificates.
  • Service Proof: Pension Roll Datasheet / Pension Book of the deceased employee.
  • Legal Records: NADRA Death Certificate of the deceased employee, a court-issued Succession Certificate, and an official authority letter if the widow is nominating an heir.
  • Miscellaneous: Two recent passport-sized photographs and an affidavit on stamp paper attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming adherence to the deceased quota recruitment policy.

Age Criteria

The general age limit for applicants is 18 to 28 years. Upper age limit relaxations will be granted strictly according to the approved rules and regulations of the Government of Balochistan. (Reference: PRQ No 5556/16-06-2026)
