Career Opportunities: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Policy Board
The Health Policy Board of the Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced several contractual job openings to establish its office in Peshawar. These positions are being filled in accordance with the MTI Reforms Act 2015.
Available Positions and Requirements
The board is seeking qualified professionals for the following roles:
- Associate Director: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Administration, Health Management, IT, or Law. Candidates need at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior administrative role.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Officer: Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in social, health, or numerical sciences with 3–4 years of QA experience. Knowledge of ISO, HCC, and JCI standards is essential.
- Quality Assurance Assistant: Requires a Master’s or BS in health-related subjects. Preference is given to those with a certificate in healthcare quality or hospital QA internship experience.
- Senior Project Manager: Responsible for leading Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) implementation teams. This role involves developing plans, managing risks, and coordinating with MTI management.
- Junior Project Manager: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
