Career Opportunity: Assistant Manager IT (Networking) at MTI Dera Ismail Khan

Key Requirements

Candidates must hold a BS in Computer System Engineering and possess CCNA/CNCP certifications. A minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience in IT operations or management within a reputable public or private institution is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Demonstrated leadership in handling large IT teams and complex projects.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integration.
· Proven experience in team supervision, task management, and project coordination.
· Familiarity with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected Assistant Manager will play a key role in the hospital’s digital transformation. Responsibilities include:

· Ensuring 24/7 smooth operation of hospital IT systems, including HMIS.
· Developing and implementing the overall IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
· Automating clinical and administrative processes to enhance service delivery.
· Overseeing daily IT operations, network availability, and user support.
· Coordinating with departmental heads to assess and fulfill IT needs.
· Preparing IT reports, inventory, and documentation.
