Walk-in Interview Announced for Campus Manager Position at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), one of Pakistan’s most prestigious higher education institutions, has announced a walk-in interview for the dynamic position of Campus Manager. The appointment will be made on a contract basis with a fixed salary, at BPS-20, under open merit.

According to an official notice issued by the university’s Registrar office, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the QAU campus, including hostels and security arrangements, contributing to the betterment of the university.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Administration, Education Planning & Management, or related fields. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required, including seven years in BPS-18 or above, preferably in an educational institution or a reputable national/international organization.

Strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of codal formalities, and familiarity with civil servants’ rules and procedures are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience in higher cadres in reputable organizations. Retired personnel from the Army, Police, or other law enforcement agencies will also be preferred.

Application and Interview Process

The walk-in interview is scheduled for June 4, 2026, at the Syndicate Room, Quaid-i-Azam University.

Candidates must:

· Submit two copies of the application on the prescribed proforma (available at www.qau.edu.pk or from the Registrar’s Office).
· Attach attested copies of degrees, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, and two recent photographs.
· Include a pay order, bank draft, or paid challan (only from HBL QAU branch) of Rs. 4,000 (non-refundable) in favor of the Treasurer, QAU.
· Email the duly filled application to r_estt@qau.edu.pk three days before the interview date.

Important Conditions

· Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
· The university reserves the right to fill or withhold any position without assigning a reason.
· Incomplete applications or non-appearance before the Selection Board will result in cancellation of candidature.
· Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
· All applications will be treated as confidential.
