Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead the company’s legal function. Key duties include:
- Strategic Guidance: Providing high-level legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Litigation Management: Overseeing and managing the institution’s legal disputes and court cases.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all operations align with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Directing the drafting, reviewing, and vetting of all critical legal documents.
Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
