Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
1. Stenotypist (BPS-14)
- Number of Posts: 03
- Required Qualification:
- Intermediate (FA/F.Sc or equivalent).
- Minimum Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
- Minimum Typing speed of 40 w.p.m.
2. Assistant Computer Operator (BPS-14)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Required Qualification:
- Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in BS / BCS / BS-IT (or equivalent).
- Relevant practical experience in IT/computers.
Selection & Test Process
- For Stenotypist Candidates: The selection process includes a General Paper, Shorthand Test, and Typing Speed Test.
- For Assistant Computer Operator Candidates: Candidates will undergo a written test covering relevant computer science/IT topics.
- Test & Interview Venue: District & Sessions Court Premises, Kalat.
How to Apply
- Prepare Required Documents:
- Hand-written application addressed to the Superintendent, District & Sessions Court, Kalat.
- Two fresh passport-size photographs.
- Attested copies of CNIC, Local/Domicile Certificate, and all academic/experience certificates.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel along with a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department. Candidates with 3 years of continuous service are eligible for up to 5 years of upper age relaxation.
- Incomplete / Late Applications: Applications submitted after the due date or missing required documents will be rejected automatically.
- TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the test/interview.
