Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria
1. Management & Coordination Roles
- District Manager (09 Posts – All over province)
- Salary: 225,000/- Gross Pay
- Qualification: BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS (BSS, Ex-BCS) cadres, preferably with 2 years of service in government. Officers with a medical background or project management experience are encouraged to apply. OR a Master’s in Social Sciences, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS, or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
- SRH Coordinator (01 Post – Head Office)
- Salary: 300,000/- Gross Pay
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Social Sciences, or a related field with relevant experience in SRH programs and community initiatives.
- Regional MNCH Coordinator (05 Posts – Basima, Khuzdar, Quetta, Naseerabad, Loralai)
- Salary: 200,000/- Gross Pay
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. Preference for candidates with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health (MPH/MCPS/FCPS) and relevant MNCH program experience.

3. Technical, Support & Field Staff
- Sub Engineer (02 Posts – Quetta & Basima): Salary 85,000/- | BE (Civil Engineering) or equivalent diploma with 3 years of experience in civil works execution and preparation of BOQs.
- Data Entry Operator / IT Assistant (39 Posts – One in each district): Salary 50,000/- | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Experience in MIS and data entry preferred.
- Office Assistant (05 Posts – Regional Offices): Salary 50,000/- | Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Social Organizers (07 Posts – Awaran, Dukki, Hub, Lasbela, Kech): Salary 40,700/- | Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Driver (10 Posts – Regional Offices): Salary 40,700/- | Must be literate, possess a valid LTV/HTV driving license, and know road signs/traffic regulations.
- Class IV (Support Staff) (10 Posts – Regional Offices): Salary 40,700/- | Must be literate; preference given to those with prior experience belonging to the same catchment population.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Contract Type: Positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under PPHI-B management for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age.
- Domicile Preference: Applicants holding a local domicile of Balochistan will be given preference. Local residents residing near the respective Basic Health Units (BHUs) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Allowances: Risk Allowance & P4P (Pay for Performance) shall be admissible as per the rules and policy of PPHI-B in addition to the base salary.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
