Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Announces Multiple Regular Posts; ETEA to Conduct Screening Test

PESHAWAR – The Public Sector Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has officially invited online applications from eligible domiciled candidates of the province to fill 38 regular vacancies across various departments. The recruitment process will be managed in collaboration with the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Positions range from BPS-10 to BPS-16, with age limits varying between 18–32 years, subject to government rules for relaxation. Candidates are advised to carefully review the specific requirements for each post before applying.

Crucial ETEA Application Process

The advertisement outlines a strict, multi-step application procedure through ETEA:

  1. Profile Creation: Candidates must first create a profile on the official ETEA website.
  2. CNIC Verification: After creating a profile, applicants must print the “E-Sahulat Token” from ETEA’s site and get their CNIC number verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Applications will not be accepted without this verification.
  3. Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees for each.

Important Terms & Conditions

· Provisional Allowance: Candidates may be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority. Any ineligibility found at any stage will result in disqualification.
· Test & Interview: Only candidates who qualify for the ETEA test will be shortlisted. Interview call letters will be issued exclusively to shortlisted candidates.
· Eligibility Cut-off Date: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria by the last date of application receipt. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
· Age Relaxation: Applicable as per existing government rules.
· In-Service Candidates: Those working in government or semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
· Foreign Degrees: Candidates with foreign degrees must submit an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
