Available Positions and Seniority

The recruitment drive focuses on senior management roles equivalent to the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) 18 and 19. The positions include:

  • Managerial Level (Equivalent to BPS-19):
    • Manager (IT/Billing) AMI
    • Manager ERP
    • Manager MIS
  • Deputy Managerial Level (Equivalent to BPS-18):
    • Deputy Manager (Development) AMI

Core Qualifications and Experience Requirements

LESCO has set rigorous standards for these technical roles to ensure high-quality operational oversight:

  • Educational Background: Candidates must possess 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in fields such as IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 60% marks from an HEC-recognized university is mandatory.
  • Professional Experience:
    • For Managers: A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience is required, with at least 2 years in middle or senior management.
    • For Deputy Managers: A minimum of 5 years of relevant IT/AMI experience is required.
  • Age Limits: The upper age limit for Managerial posts is 50 years, while for Deputy Managerial roles, it is 45 years as of the closing date.
