National College of Arts Announces Multiple Academic and Non-Academic Positions Across Pakistan
The National College of Arts (NCA), a federally chartered institute under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, has announced a major recruitment drive for academic and non-academic positions across its campuses in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Gilgit Baltistan.
The prestigious institution is seeking qualified Pakistani nationals to fill numerous permanent and contractual positions, with applications due by June 1, 2026.
Academic Positions
Lahore Campus (Permanent)
The largest number of faculty positions are available at the main Lahore campus, spanning departments including Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design (VCD), Cultural Studies, Film & Television, Music, Product Design, Textile/Fashion Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, and Interior Design. NCA is recruiting 23 Assistant Professors (BPS-19, age 30-40) and 7 Lecturers (BPS-18, age 25-35).
Rawalpindi Campus (Permanent)
For the Rawalpindi campus, positions are open in Architecture, Fine Arts, VCD, and Textile/Fashion Design, including 6 Assistant Professors (BPS-19, age 30-40) and 2 Lecturers (BPS-18, age 25-35).
Islamabad & Gilgit Baltistan (Permanent)
4 Lecturer positions (BPS-18, age 25-35) are available across Architecture, Fine Arts, and Design disciplines.
Gilgit Baltistan (Contractual – Renewable)
3 Lecturer positions (BPS-18, age 25-35) are being offered on a renewable contract basis in Fine Arts, Design, and Film & Television.
Non-Academic Positions (Lahore – Permanent)
A wide range of administrative and technical roles are available at the Lahore campus, including senior leadership positions such as Additional Treasurer, Additional Controller of Examination, Director IT, Director Postgraduate Programs, and Staff Officer to the Vice Chancellor (all BPS-19, age 35-50).
Mid-level positions include Deputy Director IT, Senior Archivist, Program Coordinator, System Manager, Deputy Controller of Examination, Deputy Treasurer, and Resident Engineer (BPS-18, age 30-45).
Support roles range from Administrative Officer, Audit Officer, and Webmaster to specialized positions such as Weaver, Art Material Shop Keeper, Electrician, Nurse, Receptionist, Studio Attendant, and Janitor (BPS-1 to BPS-17).
Rawalpindi Campus (Permanent)
Two positions are available: Assistant Auditor & Accounts and Assistant Accountant & Accounts (both BPS-15, age 25-35).
Gilgit Baltistan (Contractual – Renewable)
One Assistant Auditor and one Assistant Accountant (both BPS-15, age 25-35) are being recruited on a renewable contract basis.
Application Process
Interested candidates must submit hard copies of their applications, accompanied by attested photocopies of educational documents, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs. Applications must reach the undersigned by Monday, June 1, 2026.
A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 2,000 for BPS-16 to BPS-19 positions and Rs. 1,000 for BPS-1 to BPS-15 positions is required, payable at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch via challan form available on the NCA website.
Important Conditions
· Government employees must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
· Written tests may be conducted for lecturer and non-academic positions
· Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews
· Disability quota will be observed; applicants must submit a disability certificate as per government rules
· No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews
· The college reserves the right to add, decrease, postpone, cancel, or transfer any advertised position
