Nowshera Medical College (MTI) Announces Vacancies for Faculty & Demonstrator Positions
Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Nowshera Medical College, operating under the Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI), has officially opened applications for various faculty and medical staff positions. Qualified healthcare professionals and educators are invited to apply for multiple academic positions across basic and clinical sciences.
Positions Available
Applications are open for the following roles:
1. Professors
- Basic Sciences: Pharmacology, Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, Microbiology.
- Clinical Sciences: Gynae/Obs, Anaesthesia.
2. Associate Professors
- Basic Sciences: Community Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Histopathology, Haematology, Bio-Chemistry, Forensic Medicine, Pharmacology.
- Clinical Sciences: General Medicine, Gynae/Obs, ENT, Anaesthesia, Radiology, Orthopedic, Paeds Surgery.
3. Assistant Professors
- Basic Sciences: Anatomy, Bio-Chemistry, Forensic Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Microbiology, Physiology.
- Clinical Sciences: Anaesthesia, ENT, Eye, General Surgery, General Medicine, Gynae/Obs, Nephrology, Urology, Neurology, Accident & Emergency, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Oncology.
4. Demonstrators
- Criteria: MBBS from a PMDC-recognized institution, completion of a one-year house job in a recognized teaching hospital, and a valid PMDC license.
Application Requirements & Fees
Applicants must pay a non-refundable processing fee deposited at the Bank of Khyber (BoK) under Account No. 0104003001159797 in favor of “Dean, Nowshera Medical College”:

Key Terms & Conditions
- Application Form: Downloadable from the official college website (www.nmcn.edu.pk) or available at the Establishment/HR Section.
- Submission Deadline: Applications along with a detailed CV and attested photocopies of relevant documents must reach the office on or before August 4, 2026.
- Government/Public Sector Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and/or interviews. Candidates must bring original documents.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests/interviews.
- Re-application Required: Candidates who applied under previous advertisements must submit a fresh application.
