WASA Lodhran Announces Temporary Recruitment for Sewemen Posts
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lodhran has issued a career opportunity notice, inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Seweman. The appointment will be on a daily wages basis for a temporary period of 85 days.
According to an official announcement signed by the Managing Director, the agency intends to fill a total of 20 posts for Seweman. Candidates applying for the position must be physically fit and possess experience in the cleaning of sewerage networks.
Terms and Conditions
The agency has outlined several key conditions for prospective applicants:
- Temporary Nature of Employment: The appointments are purely temporary on a daily wage basis for 85 days. Selected candidates will have no right to claim themselves as regular permanent employees in any court of law. The management reserves the right to terminate services at any stage without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- Application Deadline: Complete applications must be received in the office of the Managing Director, WASA Lodhran, located near New Police Line Chak No. 100/M, Lodhran, by June 30, 2026. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Test and Interview Schedule: Tests and interviews for the posts will be conducted on July 1, 2026, and July 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Managing Director.
- Wages: Wages will be paid as per the schedule of wage rates for 2025 issued by the Government of Punjab.
- Recruitment Process: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or to increase/decrease the number of posts.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be granted to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
