- Academic Standing: Applicants must meet the PM&DC requirements for the rank of Professor, possessing a Level-III qualification.
- Specialized Advantage: While not mandatory, additional qualifications in Medical Education are considered a distinct advantage for applicants.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 07 years of administrative, teaching, and research experience in a senior academic or healthcare leadership role is required.
