Pakistan Railways Announces Top-Tier Contract Positions for Business Development Project
Pakistan Railways Headquarters has announced career opportunities for three senior expert positions under a new project titled “Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit.” Appointments will be made on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) system.
The railway department is seeking highly qualified professionals for the following roles in Lahore:
· Financial Analyst Expert (PPS-10): Requires CA/ACCA/CMA or a Master’s in Finance/Economics with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in financial analysis, investment planning, and risk assessment.
· PPP Expert (PPS-10): Requires an MS in Engineering, MBA/MS in Management/Finance, CA, or MSc Economics with a decade of experience in identifying, developing, and monitoring Public-Private Partnership projects.
· Legal Expert (PPS-10): Requires an LLB or LLM with specialization in Corporate Law and 10 years of experience in providing legal input for PPP policies, examining proposals, and resolving legal issues.
Key Conditions for Applicants
· Contract Terms: Initial contract is for one year, extendable annually based on performance or until project completion.
· Salary: Will follow the Standard Pay Package issued by the Finance Division (April 18, 2022) as amended.
· Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (all relaxations already included).
· Education: Degrees must be recognized by HEC or PEC. Foreign degree holders must submit an equivalency certificate.
· Experience: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
