Vacant Positions and Eligibility Criteria

The institution is recruiting for two critical executive roles:

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Minimum 50 years – Maximum 60 years
  • Educational Qualification & Experience:
    • A Master’s degree or higher from a recognized and reputable university, or equivalent professional distinction.
    • At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role within academia, public administration, the corporate sector, the non-profit domain, or international development.
    • A proven track record of institutional leadership, with core capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Prior experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations—particularly in education, research, or public service—is highly advantageous.

2. Trust Secretary

  • Number of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: Minimum 35 years
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution; OR
    • Law graduate; OR
    • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA); OR
    • Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA).
  • Experience Required:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field (preferably within a similar trust, company, or registered setup).
    • Compliance with the fit and proper criteria as provided in the Trust deed.
