The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), operating under the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication (MoITT), Government of Pakistan, has announced prestigious job openings under the PSDP Project titled “National Semi Conductor HR Development Program – Phase 1.”

PSEB is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals on a contract basis to contribute to Pakistan’s growing technology and semiconductor sector.

Available Positions & Qualification Criteria

1. Manager Curriculum and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) (PPS-08)

• Maximum Age Limit: 50 Years
• Required Qualification:
  • Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT, Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics), Education Policy, HR Development, Management Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field will be preferred.
  • Degrees from foreign institutions must include a valid HEC equivalence certificate.
• Preferred Certifications: Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education.
• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, M&E, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs (preferably within the tech or engineering sectors).

2. Manager Procurement (PPS-08)

• Maximum Age Limit: 50 Years
• Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Management Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Preference given to candidates with 18 years of education (Master’s/MBA/MS) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Public Sector Management.
• Preferred Certifications: CIPS, PMP, or formal training in PPRA / Public Procurement rules.
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in public sector procurement with hands-on involvement in end-to-end procurement cycles for multi-sector or tech-driven projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing PSDP/ADP-funded or donor-funded government projects, procurement of goods/services, and handling complex vendor ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated compliance experience with PPRA rules within semi-government or autonomous bodies.
