Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) Announces New Career Opportunities for 2026

The Directorate General of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), Lahore, has officially announced exciting new career opportunities for qualified, motivated, and competent professionals. Established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024, PERA aims to streamline regulatory measures across the province for the effective enforcement of special laws.

According to the official advertisement, the authority is hiring on a contract basis initially for a period of 03 years (extendable based on satisfactory performance) under the PERA Regulations, 2026.

Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria

PERA is currently recruiting for two major administrative and enforcement roles, offering competitive salaries and benefits:

1. Deputy Manager (Internal Affairs) – SPPP-4

• Number of Posts: 38
• Salary & Perks: Up to 200,000 PKR + fuel and other benefits approved by the Authority.
• Place of Posting: District Enforcement and Regulatory Boards (DERBs).
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors/HSSC level education in any discipline from an HEC recognized Institution / educational setup.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the Armed Forces, Police, or any other Law Enforcement Agency.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in premier intelligence organizations within the country.

2. Assistant Manager (Internal Affairs) – SPPP-5

• Number of Posts: 38
• Salary & Perks: Up to 150,000 PKR + fuel and other benefits approved by the Authority.
• Place of Posting: District Enforcement and Regulatory Boards (DERBs).
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • HSSC level education in any discipline from any educational setup.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in the Armed Forces, Police, or any other Law Enforcement Agency.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in premier intelligence organizations within the country.
