Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department Jobs 2026: Apply Now for Media & Creative Roles
The Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department, Government of the Punjab, has announced exciting new career opportunities under its development project, “Establishment of Wildlife Communication Hub and Experience Facilities in Punjab”. Applications are invited from eligible and motivated candidates holding a Punjab domicile for various creative and communication roles on a contract basis.
Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria
The department is seeking qualified professionals for the following project-based roles:
1. Communication Lead (PPS-09)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Information Technology, Digital Media, Communication Studies, Mass Communication, Humanities, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in communication, digital media, or related fields. Experience in conservation or environmental topics and previous advertising agency experience will be preferred.
2. Wildlife Photographer / Videographer (PPS-08)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years
- Qualification: Intermediate (12 years qualification) from a recognized university/board.
- Experience: Substantial practical experience in wildlife photography and videography, particularly in conservation projects. Candidates with hands-on experience in national/international wildlife documentaries or published work on prominent platforms are highly desirable.
3. Video Editor (PPS-08)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Fine Arts, Film & TV, Media Studies, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in video editing. Preference will be given to those with experience in wildlife-related media and previous advertising agency experience.
4. Content Creator / Script Writer (PPS-08)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation. Experience in environmental or wildlife-focused content is a plus; animation skills and advertising agency experience are preferred.
5. Graphic Designer / Animator (PPS-07)
- No. of Posts: 01
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film & TV, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in environmental/wildlife design, animation skills, and prior advertising agency experience.
Key Terms and Conditions
- Domicile: Candidates must hold a valid Punjab domicile.
- Job Nature: Positions are on a contract basis, project-bound, and extendable based on satisfactory performance. The jobs may involve travel to various project sites.
- Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
