Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The selected Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations across key northern regions, including Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mingora, and Timergarah. Classified under Grade: Band-6 to Band-4, this single vacant position (No. of Position: 01) carries an extensive portfolio of strategic responsibilities aimed at driving consumer banking growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Team Building & Management: Recruiting suitable sales staff (PB’s/PBO’s) against approved branch positions, supervising the regional team, identifying non-performers, and managing replacements.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Conducting daily sales calls and meetings, organizing regular sales huddles, and driving the achievement of New-to-Bank (NTB) targets while deepening existing customer relationships (ETB & Tail management).
- Performance Monitoring: Maintaining meticulous records of weekly meetings, individual scorecards, and comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS), alongside conducting formal monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance appraisals.
- Financial Pipeline Growth: Generating a reliable deposit pipeline for both individual and team contributions to effectively offset customer attritions.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensuring strict compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other regulatory SOPs, as well as devisng an effective mechanism to implement the bank’s whistle-blowing policy.
Eligibility Criteria
