University of Sargodha Announces Multiple Contract-Based Positions
The University of Sargodha has released Advertisement No. 01/2026, inviting applications from qualified Pakistani Nationals for various contract-based positions within its Directorate of Sports (University Gym) and the Mosque at the Allama Iqbal Campus.
Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form from the university’s official website, www.su.edu.pk. The deadline for submitting applications is June 10, 2026.
Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
Directorate of Sports (University Gym):
· Sports Supervisor (BS-11): One position. Requires Intermediate with 5 years of physical coaching experience at the University or Board level, or an M.Sc. in Physical Education (no experience required). Age limit: 21-30 years.
· Sports Coach (BS-09): One position. Requires Matriculation with 5 years of coaching experience at the Board level. Age limit: 18-30 years.
· Coach (Male) (BS-09): One position. Same requirements as Sports Coach (Matric + 5 years Board-level experience). Age: 18-30.
· Coach (Female) (BS-09): One position. Same requirements as above (Matric + 5 years experience). Age: 18-30.
· Attendant (Female) (BS-01): One position. Requires Matriculation. Preference for those with gym-related experience. Age limit: 25-40 years.
Mosque (Allama Iqbal Campus):
· Imam Masjid (BS-14): One position. Requires Sanad Daras-i-Nizami or Sanad of Fazil-i-Arabic. The candidate must be free from sectarian bias and of sound character. Preference will be given to Hafiz-e-Quran with proficiency in Qira’t. Age limit: 21-40 years.
· Moazzan (BS-05): One position. Must be Hafiz-e-Quran with proficiency in Qirat and sound character. Age limit: 18-30 years.
General Information for Applicants
· Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests or interviews.
· Application Submission: Candidates must submit hard copies of the application form, complete CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two recent passport-size photographs.
· Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 (for posts in BS-11 & BS-14) or Rs. 500 (for other posts) must be deposited via original bank deposit slip/University Challan into HBL Account No. 00427991777903 under the head “Collection.” No demand drafts or postal orders will be accepted.
· Age Relaxation: Applicable according to government policy/rules.
· Contract Terms: The initial contract is for three years, extendable for two more years on a yearly basis based on performance. Contract employees cannot claim conversion to regular appointment, automatic extension, or transfer to another post.
· University Rights: The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or not fill any advertised position.
