Key Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must fulfill the following mandatory qualifications and experience requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years’ experience in banking or recognized financial institutions.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized national or international university.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of the closing date to apply.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

The selected professional will act as a catalyst for transformation and drive deposit mobilization strategies across ZTBL’s network. Major duties include:

1. Deposit Mobilization & Strategy: Formulate deposit growth strategies aligned with ZTBL’s overall business plan; train staff on sales procurement and execution.
2. Product Development: Design innovative liability products and targeted campaigns for diverse segments, including farmers, SMEs, corporate, retail, and digital customers.
3. Portfolio Management: Ensure competitive product pricing, strategic market positioning, and overall profitability of the liability portfolio.
4. Network Target Execution: Drive deposit growth across all 501 branches by setting regional and branch-level targets.
5. CASA & Low-Cost Growth: Design initiatives to attract low-cost deposits (CASA) and long-term funds through marketing and engagement campaigns.
6. Key Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients, institutional depositors, and government bodies.
7. Digital Channels: Leverage alternative delivery platforms and digital channels for modern deposit mobilization.
8. Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Guide and motivate Regional Business Heads (RBHs) and Branch Managers while monitoring performance using dashboards, MIS, and KPIs.
9. Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere strictly to SBP regulations, internal policies, compliance standards, and implement effective risk management practices.
